The location was certainly convenient for exploring the area. I liked that the room was clean and equipped with all necessities for a brief visit (the electric kettle was very useful for morning tea!).

The staff were great, they were cute and informative. The location is great. Excellent food is served in the restaurant. I found the portions very generous.
The TV didn't work, that was annoying. I thought the bathroom was not inviting because it was full of black grout. The toilet seat felt loose. The bedside table was wonky. That was not ideal.

Really good Stay!

I appreciated the location close to everything. The staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful, providing prompt service. The room included a comfortable bed and was very clean upon arrival.
The noise from the pub downstairs was noticeable late into the night. It was difficult to fall asleep before the music stopped.

The restaurant featured generous portions and amazing food!!! The fish and chips were cooked to perfection. The sponge cake was succulent and rich after our main course.

The staff offered really good service. They provided help in a timely manner. They remembered drink orders. They provided water without being asked.

The hotel is located close to the lake. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. I was able to easily explore the area on foot.

The room had a comfortable bed. There was LOTS of space with a couch and big chair. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom was in good condition.
